Kingdom59 is a members-only website featuring the top names in golf at up to 70% off retail. We provide member access to coveted brands in golf travel, gear and lifestyle. Each sale lasts 36-48 hours and we host 2-4 brand specific sales each week. We are golfers ourselves and we carefully select which products and brands are featured. We aim to bring our members a unique blend of the most exclusive offerings. Kingdom59 is here to help you live your passion for the game, for less.

What happens if I forget my sign-in information?

Select the Forgot Password link (under the member sign-in box) and follow the instructions. You’ll be up and shopping again in no time.

How are the products chosen for each sale?

We are golfers ourselves and we are focused on bringing you a wide selection of offerings from the best established and emerging brands to unique golf destinations. We work closely with all brand and wholesale partners to carefully select each item. We guarantee that every item is a great deal and is authentic.  We will not sell counterfeit merchandise. Kingdom59 is NOT a direct authorized dealer for TayorMade Golf, Cleveland/Srixon Golf, Callaway Golf, Ping Golf, Mizuno, Ecco, Travis Mathew or Nike Golf. We purchase new authentic product from these brands via wholesle channels.

How often are sales held?

Kingdom59 offers brand specific sales two to four times a week. Our Coming Soon section will help you stay up-to-date on upcoming sales events.

How long does each sale last?

The length of sales events vary. All merchandise is available at the beginning of a sale and lasts until it sells out. On occassion We do not refresh merchandise or change prices within the event window. If you see something you like, act fast.

Why do some of my orders take so long to arrive?

While most orders are shipped within 1-8 business days from the time you placed your order. On occassion and mostly on large apparel/shoe sales we run what we call a "pre-sale" for a set amount of time, where the brand/supplier we're buying from doesn't ship us the goods until after the sale has ended. In these situations, it takes an extra week or two to get products to you, as we first need to receive and process them prior to sending them your way. While it can be annoying to wait a bit longer, this style sale event allows us to continue to offer you the very best prices on the gear we present and saves you hundred if not thousands of dollars each year on top golf gear.

Can I order by phone?

All purchases must be made through our website at Kingdom59.com.

NAVIGATING THE SITE

Shop early

Sales start at 6am PST (6am PST) and events sell out quickly. We present our entire available quantity at the beginning of a sale and prices never change. Shopping on Kingdom59 is time sensitive and all items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Most sales are final.

Don’t wait

Items remain in your cart for only 15 minutes, so time is of the essence. The clock within your shopping cart displays how much time remains before your items return to inventory. Once your 10 minutes expire, you may still purchase that item, but it is no longer reserved exclusively for you.

Earn $10 again, and again

For each golfer you invite, Kingdom59 will credit your account with $10 after your friend’s first purchase has shipped (excludes Kingdom59 e-gift card purchases). There’s no limit to the number of friends you can invite, or the number of credits you can receive. Referral credits expire after one year.  Go ahead and invite your entire golf group.

PAYMENTS

How is sales tax calculated?

The sales tax quoted at time of checkout is only an estimate. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees. Kingdom59 is currently obligated to collect sales tax in California. Each state's tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax. For travel accommodations sales tax is generally charged based on where the service or event is held and not the billing or shipping address of the customer.

What payment options do I have?

We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa with a U.S. billing address.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Kingdom59 accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.

When do I get charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged as soon as you click Complete Purchase and
finish the checkout process. We'll also send an automatic email to
confirm that your order was placed successfully.

**Please note: Pre-sale orders, which have longer shipping times, will also be charged at the time the order is completed.

When will my Referral Credits appear in my Kingdom59 account?

Once your friend’s purchase has shipped, it will take up to 48 hours for your referral credit to appear in your account.

How can I change my account information?

We do not currently store your credit card information.  We may offer this in the near future.You can change your address from the My Acocunt page or upon checkout.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the exclusive offers and incredible deals and the best pricing anywhere, almost all Sales  are FINAL SALE only.  We will clearly indicate on the main Sales Event page if a sale has a different policy.

Will the return policy ever change?

It's possible and we're flexible. As Kingdom59 grows, we may update our return policy on a select products. If this changes, you will be the first to know. We often times will offer refunds if product is unused. They will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

My non-returnable item is damaged. What do I do?

Contact MemberServices@kingdom59.com with your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase and tell them about the damage and defect. You can do this by completing the Return Form. We always try to resolve the situation quickly.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive a shipment?

All standard orders may take between 3-14 days from the close of the sales event to ship via Fed Ex from our fulfillment centers or direct from our brand partners. Our invntory orders are placed following the close of the specific sales event.  Given that we are offering exclusive one-of-a-kind sales, we hope this delay will be acceptable and we will continually look for ways to improve our fulfillment process. Order ship times will be clearly communicated up front with each product. Custom order sales events will require additional time, up to 28 days for product delivery and will be clearly stated in product description. Shipping times vary from sale to sale. Check the product information page when you place your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Your default shipping address can be modified from your Kingdom59 account page. If you have just made a purchase, you will have a five-minute window to modify your order by clicking on Account.

Does Kingdom59 ship overseas?

At the moment, we ship to the United States only, including APO and U.S. post office boxes.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has shipped. Please visit Account to track the status of your order. For your security, only a sales record of your transaction is kept on Kingdom59; your credit card details are not held on the site.

Is my package insured?

Yes. Merchandise in transit from Kingdom59 to the delivery address is insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to you.

What are Kingdom59 shipping rates?

We ship most orders standard Fed Ex ground at a flat fee that will change with each sale.  You can also choose from upgraded 2-day and Overnight options which are also priced very competetively. The selected shipping method will be from the day the order ships.lease note as stated above that each sale has a unique Estimate Order Shipment date which will be communicated on each product description page as well. Some larger weight items (Irons) imay include a shipping surcharge which will be stated in the product details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have a five-minute window to modify or cancel your order after you place it. You can do this once you receive your order confirmation by clicking the Print Receipt option and choosing Modify or Cancel. After five minutes, you can no longer change or cancel your order.
